Seems like a pretty easy question doesn’t it, what is wine? Some people might give you a really technical answer or some may just say it’s that really good “juice stuff” that comes out of the grape. Seekwine is here to give you both!

Technically speaking wine is an alcoholic beverage made with the fermented juice of grapes. Wine contains many components like water, alcohol, sugar, acids, tannins, and natural colour (derived from the skin) that when mixed, present different types of wines based on the variety of grape.

It’s amazing to think that that bottle of fermented grapes sitting in your fridge or cupboard is dancing with all sorts of different components to create one hell of a product.
