A delicate sweet pale pink wine with a touch of spritz made from a single vineyard of red Muscat grapes grown and handpicked in the hills above Harvey, Western Australia. The final wine is pale pink in colour with a soft succulent sweetness and bursting with Muscat fruit flavours.

The Muscat was hand-picked in the cool of the morning before it was whole-bunch basket pressed to reduce colour uptake from the skins. The juice was cold fermented to 3.0 Baume of residual sugar before the ferment was stopped by cooling down to zero degrees. The natural carbon dioxide produced from ferment was kept to give the wine some natural spritz.
