After a manual harvest, the grapes are pressed to obtain a mash, this one is fermented to obtain basic wines not effervescent. After being tasted the wines will be assembled so that they take into foam.
NOSE: Fine bubbles, pretty pink & shimmering copper, notes of red berries and cherries burst on the palate. The mouth is full and well balanced
